troubled

about 3 weeks ago i had sexual contact with a girl and during the act the condom broke.I did not ejaculate all this long. That same day i got a deep cut on the inside of my left palm from a suspected old lying metal. I did not go for the tetanus immune boost. The following day my heart extremely fast with a burning sensation around my lower abdomen from the outer skin and on my foreskin spreading downwards to the cheeks of the buttocks and anul area. Two days later the burning around the abdomen went away. i visited a health practitioner who then gave me two injections, three sets of pills (not sure of the names) but among them included doxy pills. I took the course and along the way the symptons seemed to go. In this week, i started feeling a severe lower back pain and extreme chill on my left side especially on the left arm. i started having sleeping problems, slowed bowel movements, flaky stool with mucus, chill in the back and front part of the head, increased heartbeat, slowed breathing especially on exertion in the left nose, watery eyes, affected appetite, runny left nose especially at night. I suspected tetanus infection and soon got the tetanus vaccine injection. There seemed to be some changes but rather minor as the cold chill and left shoulder pain seemed to continue. My penile shaft felt hot and later i started noticing red spots (like an overrubbed surface and red in colour) and burining seemed to be concetrated on these spots. I now i have throat irritation with no pain, no cough, but constant spitting of mucus from the throat. This seems to be dying out slowly but the present trouble is my left leg which pains at rest and sometimes back pain which goes and resurfaces, burning of left thigh and region extending from anus and buttocks cheeks especially at rest. The burning around the genital sometimes goes away especially when walking during the day and then resurfaces at rest. all in all i can say the right side seems normal. What could this be, possible std infection, anxiety, stroke signs cold/flu (weather here has suddenly become hot with dry winds) or a combination of all. I really need to know coz this thing is really affecting my mental being i would like to believe. pliz help!

Thanx for a quick response buddie. It really came at the exact time when I needed it. Tell me more could it be possibly herpes or general anal infection. My anal area has been itching once in while since I was a kid. I am not a homosexual and has never indulged in any form of homosexuality. How about the constipation, could it be due to the medication I was taking. Since the day I started taking up the medication I had stomach cramps and at around the same time is when all these complications started. Some of them like the cramps have since gone away whilst new ones have taken course. My most worry now is on the burning sensation around my left thigh and anal area and left shoulder blade pain. Why is all this adding up mainly on my left side. Still need extra explanations.

These symptoms have nothing to do with a STD. Not a bad idea to test, but not STD related. Follow up with your Dr if you are concerned.
