Pain in rt ovary area

I am 38 years old and had a hysterectomy a year ago but the dr left my ovaries. I have been experiencing pain in the lower right area for 2 days now. It hurts to stand too long or walk and when I sneeze or move to quickly. I feel very tired and not myself. Any ideas what this could be?

It is possible you have developed a large cyst on your ovary. It is highly painful and can be very dangerous if it is so large that it causes the ovary to twist or turn. I would suggest an immediate trip to your physician or local ER. Good luck.,

Pain in the lower right area may be from inflamed glands, appendicitis, renal colic or muscular problem.  Have to lifted or moved anything heavy before this pain came on?

As you are also feeling unwell, I suggest you make an appointment to see your doctor to get the correct diagnosis.  Take a morning urine sample with you.

You could use a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel to stop skin burn and place this on the painful side and take pain relief as directed on the packet.

Should your symptoms get worse, you start to have a toilet problem, vomiting or a high fever, get someone to take you to hospital ER urgently.

Best wishes.
