Question about going all the time

Hello I have go urinate all the time like 20 times a day usually. This has been going on for at least a year now. I take
Lexapro but I don't think it's causing it. What could be my problem? I don't have any pain but I just go all the time
everyday. Any suggestions?

He probly means bladder training if you feel you need to go, dont. hold on that little longer, also pelvic floor exercises help by strengthening the muscles - thats what my Urologist told me to do.

My psyc doctor thinks I'm just obsessed about going, but I don't believe him. When I have to go, I go. He ordered a urine test for me and it came back fine. So his advice is to just stop going so much. Maybe I need to see my family doctor...I don't know.
