ED from last 6 yrs
i am 34 yrs suffering from ED from last 5-6 yrs.but since last 4 months i am not getting morning erections too.
i smoke 20 cig a day, and i masturbate since i was 13 yrs 2-3 times weekly but few yrs back i did it 3-4 time per day, but i am getting soft erecetion when ever i spoke to my GF on phone as we are in long distance relationship, few months back i reduced my masurbation to 2-3 time per month, but still i am not able get the recerions in morning.
my testosterone was below normal range, i heard doctor saying it 8.58 and prolactine 7.2.
i am able to sleep for 4-5 hr maximum daily.
is this ED permanant or temporary
i dont want TRT as it takes life long.
can i be curabl, please help.
