Why does ejaculation burn and semen have low sperm?
Hello I'm 18 years old and looking for help with my problem. The past three times I've masturbated it has burned to ejaculate. I was worried it may have been an STI but my girlfriend was tested a few weeks ago at the OB and was negative so I thought maybe it could've been a yeast infection I may have caught from her. It doesn't hurt to urinate whatsoever however this past time when I ejaculated the semen was almost yellow in color and from what I could tell had very little to no sperm in it. Any idea what this could be before I decide to consult my doctor?
Well, whatever you do, don't tell your doctor that your semen has little or no sperm in it, unless you want to see the doctor laugh. (Sperm is microscopic, unless you put a slide of your semen under a high-powered microscope, you have no way to tell by looking that you don't have sperm.)
Go see your doc or a urologist and ask him why it burns to ejaculate and your semen is yellow. Forget the part about the imagined low sperm count. Good luck.
