Blood in urine

Hello.I Am a 31 years old man, non smoker ( one or two cigarettes in 1-2 months for fun).Last year in April I had 2 episodes of blood in urine :one in the evening (the urine was red),and one next morning (the urine was brown).I hand no other symptoms. At that time I made a urine and blood test and everything was OK.Since then I had no blood in my urine.Last week I made a new urine test and it is OK. My only concern is that this symptom can be a symptom of a kidney cancer? Or for a kidney cancer after one and a half year,  should I have new symptoms?

P.S. The only symptom I had since the is a slight fever( 37.5-38C) for 3-4 days.

You said that "cancer of the kidney usually doesn’t present with hematuria", but everywhere I looking for this on the internet, the first sign of kidney cancer is hematuria.

Hi,
I don’t think you need to worry at all since you haven’t had the hematuria (blood in urine) for the past so long. The cancer of the kidney usually doesn’t present with hematuria. The red colored urine can be due to a number of causes like use of certain drugs etc. I don’t think you need to worry at all and go in for any other tests for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
