i have the problem of swelling and pain in testicles since last 3 years. and this problem occurs after love making but with long time erection but without ejaculation. this problem cured automatically in next two days without any medicine.

Since the problem gets cured on itself without any further medications and thus I don’t think there’s anything serious or something to worry about. It’s always recommended that at the time of love making or masturbation the ejaculation should not be stopped and should be allowed to happen; otherwise the chances of prostatitis are significantly increased.
