Don't know what is going on

Two weeks ago, I went to a strip club and during a lap dance the stripper gave me 5 seconds of oral.  I was really drunk (I got laid off and a bunch of us went drinking), so it took me a minute to figure out what was going on but I stopped her (I am married).  A couple of days later I started peeing a lot and leaking urine.  I panicked and thought it was an STD so I went to a walk in clinic, where they tested me for a bladder infection and then for Chlymida and Ghonnerea.  They went ahead and gave me a shot, and some antibiotics in case the test was positive, and told me to take it right away.  The test came back negative, but the leaking seemed to stop so I went ahead and took all of the antibiotics.

A couple of days after my last pill I started leaking again (I am pretty sure I stopped while I was taking the medicine but not 100 percent positive).  I also have started sweating a lot at night.  The other problem I am having is that I have not had the urge to pee in a couple of days, I make myself go every couple of hours but there is never that "oh I really have to pee" feeling.  Also, this morning my right testicle feels sore/tender.

I haven't been to a family doctor in a few years, so I am sure I need to go and get a full checkup. The only doctors I have been to are at walk in clinics.  I am 31 and overweight (just for more information about me).

Should I go to a general practitioner or straight to a urologist?  My insurance runs out at the end of this month, I should have new insurance and a will be starting a new job soon, so I hope this doesn't effect that.

Hello,
These symptoms can be due to can be due to obstruction due to enlarged prostate due to benign prostatic hypertrophy (often called BPH) or infection of the prostate( prostatitis), any blockage in the flow of urine like any scar tissue, injury (as in a car wreck or bad fall), blood clots or an infection.

Please get an evaluation done from a urologist and get investigated for these symptoms.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Ok, I have a family doctor appointment scheduled for next week.  They are going to do a physical including a digital rectal exam.

I haven't leaked in a couple of days, although I still haven't had the definite urge to pee.  The problem is, any urologist appointment I can get is after the family practitioner.
