Dripping blood out of pens for 10 years off and on?

Well I got into a fist fight long ago and was cheap shotted super hard in my penis. Felt like bees stinging me over an over again. Worst pain ever!  A day or so went by I woke up in the middle of the night and had to urinate. When I got done urinating I started bleeding out of my penis. Was the weirdest thing that has ever happened to me. I was in shock and ran to wake my dad. I showed him and he was lost for words. The next day we talked and decided should go to urologist. Got there and he told me would have to put a scope up there. I was so scared and said no way buddy. Months go by with no issue. Then eventually it happens again. I wake up this time with blood covering my boxers and bed, looked like a murder scene. I really freaked out then. Finally years down the line I got checked out and been through a series of tests. Urine, sperm, blood tests. All came back normal. Catscan, and scoping looking in the urethra, bladder and at prostate and everything came back normal. I'm lost of words. I'm so annoyed and this has been ruining my life, sex, and jobs. Really would love to just have this problem figured out and fixed. It started happening when I was 19, now 30 years old and still having the issue. I'm super depressed, stressed and love sex, so this is a big issue. It happens

My urologist perscribed me Doxy-Cyclone HYC 100mg and it seems like just making issue worse. He said it might just be happening from my urethra being irritated. Makes no sense, if anyone has any idea or same problem that has been fixed please help me... I'm so disgusted with myself from this issue :-(
