Penile discharge (never had sex before)

I have a penile discharge most probably when I strain on bowel. It has been for years now. I have just got piles 2 months ago.

I have never had sex before, so could there be anything wrong with the prostate?

Just to be more detailed, the discharge (whitish, sticky) gets out on the top of the penis after the urinating and not during the process. And most of the time it happens when I strain on bowel. It goes out without pleasure.
I'm already on cipralex 20mg and a benzo (calmepam) 1.5mg for panic disorders.

Your symptoms are typically suggestive of Dhat syndrome. It is found in the cultures of the Indian subcontinent in which male patients report that semen is passing through the urine. It is usually found in young males and treatment consists of cognitive behavior therapy, counselling, anti-anxiety and antidepressant medications.
