Ejaculaton in a 14 Year Old?

I am 14 years old and I have masturbated since I was 13. I have never ejaculated and occasionally after masturbating the inside of my penis stings and hurts when I go to the bathroom. I just want to know, has anyone else had similar symptoms? Am I doing it wrong? I started Puberty at 12 and I have a deeper voice and hair- just wondering! Thanks!

In private, ask a parent about this or at least request a visit with your doctor for a checkup.  During your checkup, mention this problem.
