How long does it take a 4.6 cm cyst to grow?

I have a long history if kidney stones every year since 1976. I was recently diagnosed with a Unchanged 4.6 cm left renal cyst with calcified septations. In 2013 I had shock wave therapy to remove 8 stones and a year later in 2014 I was completely stone free. One year stone free was amazing. There was no sign of any cyst. I went from having 1 or 2 stones in the beginning to having 6 to 8 a year. U have quite a stone collection. It started to be more after the year if being stone free. So somewhere between 2014 and now I have a cyst almost the size of a tennis ball. It was discovered my last hospital stay when I had another kidney stone. Only with this stone I had a UTI. I rarely get UTI. I had no symptoms, no burning, no blood in my Urine. No dark colored urine. Nothing. I just had the intermittent having to pee and then can't but I knew I had a stone I was just waiting for it to pass. All if a sudden I had a complete list if appetite. U didn't eat for 7 days. I went into the kitchen to get something to drink to keep myself hydrated and to help flush the stone out and out if nowhere I hut the ground. My daughter-in-law helped me up and I told her it was probably from not eating and I'd be fine I just needed something to drink and was gonna go back to my room. I hit the floor again. She helped me to my room and I was down again. She said that's it your going to the hospital. They ended up calling the paramedics cause they could get me in my son's SUV. I keep falling. I was diagnosed with a kidney stone which I already knew U had. But the Urinary tract infection??? I had no clue. They did emergency surgery and put a stent in. 2 weeks later the stone was still there so I had another surgery with a cystiscope laser. The stone is gone finally. I never experienced anything like this in all my years of endless kidney stones. I gave my Urologist my 6 stones I had collected f5ir the year. They are calcium stones. I went from having 1ir 2 a year to several since 2013. They did a cat scan U think it was and that's when the cyst was found. I've had no symptoms for that either. I'm scheduled to have a MRI with and without contrast on the 29th. So for now it's a wait and see. I'm just confused about not having any cyst in 2014 to one almost the size of a tennis ball and I haven't been able to find out how fast they grow. I'm hoping someone can finally figure out what can be done to out an end to my stone collection.  I'll post when I know more.
