How to heal over-moisturizing penis skin?

A few weeks ago I made a terrible mistake.  I masturbated on amphetamines.  It was so long a duration, 12 ish hours, that I believe I have caused permanent damage to my penis head.  I used so much lubricant for so long a period of time that it caused the skin to become very very thin (like wet noodle) and the tissue damage.  The result is that I have scarring lines all over the penis head.  Also, the top layer of skin and the tissue underneath still remain very fragile (not as hard or rigid as before) even 3 weeks later now.

I have scheduled appointments with a urologist and dermatologist but they are a few weeks out.  I'd like to put something on this now if possible.  I wish I had went to the emergency room but I was out of town for a week the next day after this episode and the damage had already set in.  Is there anything that I can put on this until I can see a doctor?  Someone said that putting fresh natural olive oil on it could help.  Also, is this more an issue for a dermatologist or a urologist?

Thank you for any help on this issue.  This weighs so heavily on me each day.  Any kind of progress or help would bring me great peace of mind.

PS I am seeing a psychologist about this issue

Thank you.  I bought the Cetaphil cleanser and some safflower oil for the hypoallergenic moisturizer.  I'll try this and see if it helps.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such skin, avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Wash the skin with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Pat it dry. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid after consulting a dermatologist.

It will be best to consult a dermatologist for the same.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
