Enlarged foreskin and urethra

Any oral sex the other day, it seems the tissue under the skin on my penis, namely under the foreskin, and end of the urethra are swollen.  There seems to be no color change, very mild discomfort. I'm on Zoloft as an anti-depressant, which causes ejaculation to be difficult and potenitially rigiorious process.

I am also on zoloft. I woke up today with a swollen forskin. Its so hard to ejaculate with Zoloft in my system. I have to beat my penis so hard that I rubbed it raw. I have been healing for 3 days now and this morning was the first day my forskin is swollen. Did ot go away onits own for you guys?

Under further inspection, it appears the the actual spongy tissue that fills with blood has withdrawn backwards a good 1/4" or 1/2".
