Hi,

I also only have my left testicle. I lost my left as the results of complications following a vasectomy.

Most males can funtion well with only one testicle. The problem that I have is that my remaining right testicle did not descend untill I was areound the age of 12.

When being in a clinic for a neuropathy that I have, sexual health was part of the clinic and I was seen by a urologist in regards to ED. At first my testosterone levels were checked and found to be low. After having been placed on testosterone replacement therapy where I inject myself with 1 ml a month, I was still having problems with ED.
The urologist then tried the following in a consutation room. I was told to remove my pants and underwear and was told to lie down on the examining table. My penis was then injected with Caverject and after about 15 to 20 minutes developed an erection strong enough for penetration.

When it comes to penis size we are all subject to what nature has provided for us. There are surgeries to make the penis appear larger, however most of these surgeries have poor results and complications.

As for the amount of semen, this is also something that one cannot control. However some state that remaining well hydrated can add to the semen volume. I'm not sure whether I believe that. Prior to the age of 30, I had no problems with volume of the ejeculate. In 1995 at the age of 30, I underwent a TURP and resection of the bladderneck and prostate. As a result some damage to the sphyncter has been done and most of my semen will now end up in my bladder and later being expelled with urination.

There are things in nature where surgical intervention is very limited. In the case of our genitals we have very little control as to haw big or small we are in that area. Most results of penis enlargement surgery are temporarily and you will and up with more problems later on in life.

I myself had about a 6" penis, over the years I have become less lean than what I used to be due to being disabled and being limited in the exercise that I can do. As a result I have developed some fat in theat region and my penis now seems to be about 5".

It is far more important to have a penis that functions the way it should than it is to have a larger penis but be impotant.

All the best.
