Discomfort after peeing in the morning

For about two weeks, I have been experiencing a type of pain that I would describe as "discomfort" in the morning once I finish emptying my bladder. It usually lasts about a minute after I'm done peeing then goes away. This is the only symptom I have. I am in my twenties and have only had one sexual partner. We always use protection. What could this be? It is starting to bother me that it hasn't gone away.
