My husband is 32 y/o and he just has a warm urinating sensation druing ejaculation

He was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia at the age of 10 in 1994 and has been in remission since 1997.  We have been married for 1.5 years and together for 3.5 years.  I'm 40 and I've had multiple partners in life. I noticed he didn't have the normal "overwhelming" reaction during masterbation.  I asked him how sex felt to him and he stated "it just feels like i'm urinating with a warm sensation".  He stated that's the only feeling he has ever known which makes me sad because he is missing out on so much pleasure.  So, I guess my question is could the chemo treatments that he received for a year have caused him to lose sensation?  He gets an erection easily but has no feelings even when I give him oral sex and he only lasts maybe 2 minutes before having an orgasim. What should we do to hopefully get to to feel the enjoyment of sex?  Thanks, concerned and loving wife <3
