Torn frenulum: how much is too much blood?

My girlfriend and I were having intercourse. A sharp pain on my penis led to lots and lots of bleeding. This is the second time it’s happened and again, even MORE bleeding. It’s been over 6 hours and is still bleeding despite keeping it covered with toilet paper and applying pressure. I did have a few drinks which may affect blood being thinner but this seems worrying.

How much is too much? A steady drip-drip more than one drip per second? It seems to have clotted a bit twice but when I go to check the clot comes out and it starts dripping again.

Please help thanks.
