Pain in penis
I'm a 19 year old male and am having pain everytime I even get up and walk around. The whole upper half over my penis, including the pink skin under the glans hurts when something touches it. I can't even really masturbate because it just hurts too much to enjoy. Also my left testicle feels much more sensitive then the right and even has little random bursts of pain sometimes. The glans have little red spots and dots in multiple places and the pink skin under the glans is forming little crater looking indents that are really worrying me. I've gone to see 2 doctors so far who have no idea what's wrong. If anyone knows what could possibly be happening please help I'm starting to freak out, thank you.
