Penis Fracture?

Dear Dr.
So last night my girl landed on my penis with her pelvic bone, in turn bending my **** and causing a popping noise. Although, I had no pain just lost my erection instantly. After that we tried finishing up but I couldn't keep an erection for more than 2 mins at a time. It's been 24 hours, I went to the ER, I got an exam and the MD said I was fine, he saw no sign of a fracture, no bloody urine, nothing was swollen, there was no blood under the skin. But now I can't get an erection unless I really try and even then, it's not a full erection. It gets to its proper length but isn't hard enough, it's still pretty soft and sort of falls over.

Did I break tissue in a certain place? Should I follow up with the urologist? Do you think that it's fractured? Will it be perminate? The MD said I have nothing to worry about but if my erection isn't fully hard that worries me.
