I had Epididymitis many years ago, and I recall it took a fair amount of time to clear up. Part of the 'prescription' was no sex or masturbation for a while, which was actually OK cause I was fairly uncomfortable & didn't really feel much like engaging in either. I would say give it a little more time, but if things aren't better in another week or 2, tell your Dr. things are still not healing, he/she may have to try a different antibiotic or other treatment. But it usually DOES pass, I know it's painful & annoying, but you should get better over time...

It seems like it is now more sensitive like even stepping up or down the stairs triggers pain last night I was shampooing my hair and it triggers I told my doctor that the swelling isn’t healing and the way she responded is like I’m overthinking too much but from the way I feel it isn’t getting any better
