Hi,
How are you? Passing blood clots in urine without pain should be carefully evaluated by a specialist, as this could be the only symptom of any tumors in the urinary tract. Dehydration cannot be the cause for passing blood clots.

I would suggest that you get a Ct scan abdomen done to rule out all the possibilities mentioned in the previous post and consult a urologist for further assistance on this.
Best.

Hi,
Thanks for reply. This phenomena happend another time about 6 years a go ( year - 2004 ). Then all the medical reports as USG, Sugar test, Xray reports were normal & nothing was found. Now after 6 year this happend second time. There is no pain or physical disorder in the patients body. We consult with our family doctor & he suggest to drink many more water & give a visiting date after two days. In present situation everything is normal. In between two days what to do ? Is this problem could be take place due to extreme dihidration ? Plese answer.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in. Blood clots and blood in urine could be due to bleeding from the urethra, prostrate or the ureters. The common causes could be stones, infections, BPH and rarely tumors in the urinary tract.
I would suggest that you visit a urologist and discuss the above mentioned possibilities and follow his advise.
Best.
