Hello,
The normal penis size is 5.1 to 5.9 inches.the penis enlargement pills are non effective. Three kinds of exercises are there for increasing the penis size which have proved little benefit. They include jelqing, penis stretching and kegel exercises.Other methods include using penis stretchers or extenders or getting surgery done.

I would suggest you to consult a urologist and get your penis evaluated for micropenis(small sized penis). Then treatment will depend on the confirmation of diagnosis.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care & please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts.

I forgot to mention penis enlargement pills don’t work. Don’t waste your money on them.

Hi Matthew_81

I feel and understand your pain. I have the same condition like you and about the same size (hard - 9 cm & soft 2.5cm). I feel very sad and very unhappy about my size. I have very low self-esteem how I look especially locker-room. I am so embarrasses about my size.
