Small lump

The other day, during masturbation, I felt a small zit sized lump under the foreskin of my penis on the right hand side of the glans. Also on the head of the glans is a limescale like substance, which can be removed with wet tissue paper. Now during masturbation, the little zit sized lump hurts, but it only hurts when i apply pressure to the area. Also today, I have noticed an additonal lump slightly smaller, also on the right hand side however a little lower down.

PLEASE help me, I dont know what it is and I am too scared to ask my parents to go to the doctor.

Tell you parents about your problem.   That's what they are there for.  You don't have to mention the masturbation.   Self examination is a good practice.   It's best to have a professional check it out, than to self diagnose.  Being responsible is part of growing up and you have to be responsible to yourself first.
