Split stream

48 year old man. I was recently diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Disorder and Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome. I have noticed recently that I have pre-ejaculate when viewing erotic material. I usually do not master bath. When I don't materbate and only have pre-ejaculate, my urine starts in a split stream but usual goes back to normal during the urination process. What can be causing this?

So, this happens after being aroused? A too tight of foreskin can lead to this split stream you are noticing. It's called phimosis. https://health.clevelandclinic.org/what-does-a-split-urine-stream-mean/  This link has various reasons for split stream but I'd guess the too tight foreskin.
