Sting pain in penis

Okay hey guys I posted a year ago with this same problem but was thinking it was herpes or an std. But my penis tip stings or hurts from time to time after receiving oral sex from a girl im confident doesn't have any disease as I've been seeing her for some time and I've researched everything about oral herpes and stds  and asked her if she had been tested on those specific diseases since Drs. Dnt test for herpes usually and she said yes she has. So the issue isn't with her. But last year I received oral sex from this one girl whom I didn't know too well (foolish I know) and that's when all this started. I've been tested for stds and other diseases all came back negative (although at first I did have a false positive hsv2 result which left me depressed for months till I retested and found out it was false thank god). I've seen plenty of guys with this problem but no definitive answer how to cure it. I'm thinking this is scar tissure or nerve damage because last time this was an issue I ended up being hospitalized because I couldn't urinate and had a catheter in me for 3 days. After the catheter was removed I was completely fine again no more pains in my penis besides a small pain if I urinated while erect I was completely fine for months almost a year. Then I ended up receiving oral sex from the current girl im seeing and during I felt a sting in my penis which the fact that it happened so fast tells me std isn't a likely cause. Now the pains are back but kind of less frequently but still pretty annoying daily. I know it might not of been the best idea to receive oral from her but I wanted to find out if this was just a problem with me getting felatio and if it would occur again or was it really the girl from before who did this to me. I'm just posting now to see if anyone knows how to fix this without a drastic measure such as catheterization.
