Strep B uti in male

I recently experienced testicular pain on the left side x2 weeks. I went to an urgent care and they said it was a hydrocele (ultra sound was taken). They also said my urinary analysis had trace blood. I went to my doctors and had another UA done and everything came back negative so they sent it out for a culture and said I had a uti caused by strep b bacteria.. Literally everything online points to cancer or some other seriously underlying condition. Any younger guys ever get a uti? I'm 25. What could of caused this?
