Answer me

Last 3 weeks before i noticed 2 symptoms. Small white pimples seen on penis shaft. Now it spread on the head of penis. Its not painy,no itchy,no discharging. AT first i felt itchy. I had lots of water. Second symptom is white little spot on tongue. And last day i noticed yellowish roof of my mouth and cheeks. Some of the doctors from internet told me to brush. I brushed over tongue. Now white colour disappeared. Now taste buds appeared and tongue became light red color. No other symptoms. Is it a serious health issue?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These can be due to Fordyce spots, folliculitis, cysts or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

For the white patch on tongue get oral thrush ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
