Swollen and painful testicle
Hello,
I'm 20 years old, active and in good health. Yesterday, my left testicle all of a sudden had a dull ache and a sharp pain if it was touched or anything. Just walking or sitting down would shoot a sharp pain through my groin. I didn't figure it was nothing too bad so I just went on about my day. But it never got better, as the day went on it gradually got worse. Now it is swollen about twice normal size, and the pain has not subsided. Also I can feel a hard spot on the testicle that is giving me pain. It just feels like the tubes on the testicle are filled with fluid, like stopped up or something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
