My penis is not feeling right after sex with an IUD!

Almost two months ago I decided to have sex with a girl who had an IUD. I immediately felt it and it hurt.. ALOT! It felt like a needle scraping in the side of my penis. I switch positions and it still hurt but now it felt like it was sticking directly into the tip of my penis. I continued with intercourse anyway. That night it was on fire and burning while I urinated. I haven’t felt the same since. I’ve had sex since still and I feel that my erection does not get as hard, gets a bit numb and while I’m in motion I feel all this pressure right at the tip where the string was hitting. It is very uncomfortable. I am worried that I have done some damage to my nerves. I’ve had sex numerous times since, IUD has been removed but it still hurts me. I’m concerned. If it were an STD I wouldn’t feel it immediately and while in the motion. Any advice would be helpful.
