Testicle Pain
I have been having left testicle pain for about 2 months now, I had protected sex but shortly after my testicles started to hurt, i went to doctor gave me zithro pain went away for 3 weeks, pain came back got urine test everything came negative, doctor gave me doxycycline but I took it for 3 days pain went away and stopped taking due to relief and wanted to keep some if pain restarted. Pain came back after 2 weeks doctor gave another prescription of doxycycline. I will finish the full prescription but I am really scared the symptoms are going to come back.
Did you have an ultrasound done on your groin/scrotum?

I did it showed a very small varicocele but the pain goes away when I take the anti biotics so I don't know what is going on.
