Dear Doctor, Im 26 year old and Im having problem of tight foreskin when my private part erect, foreskin become very painful and get hurt from side at that time. My private part shape is also not in normal shape, glans head is down side, it looks like "leaping dolphin"(Peyronie). Some times foreskin and glans become very painful for me during intrcourse . I would like to know treatment for foreskin circumcisions and treatment for un-normal private part shape. Thank u.
