UTI? Prostatitis? ....Something else?

Mild discomfort in urethra after urination or ejaculatuon.  (Almost insignificant after Tylenol and or Naproxen)
General discomfort in lower abdomen from pelvis to naval area.
No discharge from penis at all
Does not hurt during urinating or sex - only after - but worst in morning - then throughout day - just an uncomfortable reminder.
Doctor tested for bladder infection at office with urine sample (negative)
Doctor sent urine for chlamydia/gonorreah (pending)
Symptoms appreared 2 weeks after receiving extremely brief oral from new partner.  However, I doubt this is the reason given low likelihood of transmission - but thought important to mention.
I have had nongonoccol urethritis 15 years ago - that was pretty intense pain - only in urethra with discharge.  This is very mild pain compared to that - so again makes me doubt something of the STI nature...but I moderately concerned.

Sounds a lot like prostatitis - but still concerned it could be from new partner...
