Ureaplasma

After suffering with what I thought was very bad period pain and a possible UTI I went to a doctor to get checked out. I had done some research and the symptoms I was having was similar to Chlamydia so I was concerned I had that. She did some test and the UTI came back inconclusive but prescribed me doxycycline in case,  but suggested I also the next morning be tested for a couple of other things, Chlamydia, Ureaplasma etc. Over the next few days the pain persisted and I ended up going to the hospital in which they diagnosed me as having a UTI, gave me a dose of painkillers and a general UTI antibiotic and told me to stop taking the doxycycline. After that the symptoms seem to clear up. A week or so later the doctor I saw when I first had symptoms  requested me to come and see her, she informed me I had Ureaplasma and prescribed me the doxycycline again. I am taking that again but 4 days again the symptoms have come back again, lower back pain, leg aches, lower abdominal pain/b, the feeling of wanting to urinate, pain and burning around my genitals. I am taking an anti -inflammatory and using a wheat bag to help with the pain but I would have thought the doxycycline would have started to work already? Or could I be suffering with something else? It seems as though the only time Im not feeling pain or discomfort is when Im sleeping.  I have a other 7 days of antibiotics but feel as though I might need to go back to the doctor to say its not working. Am I overreacting? Have I not given it enough time to work. Im concerned that this pain isn’t normal for having Ureaplasma. Any suggestions on what I can do?
