Kidney stone vs. concretions?

Few weeks back the scan showed a 4mm calculus in right kidney and today the scan shows 6.2 mm concretions on both left and right kidney.

I have been drinking alottt of water all these days and I was hoping the stone will be out by now but its actually increasing in size.

Only difference is that now its more like concretions.

Could someone please help me understand if the 4mm calculus has now turned into concretions or is it building of a new calculus?

Is it easier to pass concretions than a calculi?
