Pain in tip of penis?

Hi all, this saga started for me around Easter of this year. On Easter weekend I had began to experience pain in my back and abdomen, and on Easter Sunday I urinated blood and freaked out. My mom talked me off the ledge and I decided not to go to the ER but visit the campus doctor. They ran a urine test and I came back negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea. They did say blood was present in my urine as well as a slight uptick of white blood cells. My memory is vague on all the information, but I was prescribed Doxycycline for 7 days. The symptoms got much better and my urine cleared up. Fast forward a couple months and I began to have the symptoms again, but minus the blood in my urine, at least visibly. I began to have severe lower right back pain, making me think it was a kidney stone or issue with my kidney. July 4th was the worst it had felt overall and I started using a heat pad to make the pain subside in my back. The pain was making me sick almost to the point of vomiting.  I went to an express clinic about two weeks ago and again had a urine test run. It came back negative of any bacteria and no signs of anything strange but again I was prescribed Doxycycline. I've taken it for about two weeks with my symptoms not really changing except for my back pain going away (thank god). I'm starting to wonder if this will ever go away and I don't know who to turn too because I have no health insurance. I have some health care when I go back to school but that isn't for another 4 weeks.

Sounds like maybe prostatis. What symptoms do you have now? Does your sperm look funny?

Currently just pain in my urethera. It tends to get better when I drink tons of water. My sperm is stickier and a little thicker than usual.
