What is this soft puffy lump/scar on my penis ( pictures in )
It is puffy and soft, sometimes after I shower some parts of it peel but the peeling is very thin and transparent
I've been having this for 3 months now
I noticed it 2 months ago after I masturbated, it was swollen and red but painless, now I haven't masturbated for 2 weeks but I don't see any results
my question is : Is this gonna heal or is it a scar or a sickness ? I am virgin so I don't think this is some kind of std
When my penis is erect, it is less noticeable but when it's soft it's very visible
