Semen leakage during bowl movment
Hello All ,
I have chronic problem of constipation and lately I have been having a problem with semen/precum leakage .Whenever I go to washroom to relieve myself .Due to constipation ,when I try to push too hard ,White fluid and a mix of semen/precum leaks out which in some cases leaves extreme pain in my penis .Does any know what could be reason/diagnoses and any possible treatment.

Same happened to me I'm on laxitives now. Its because ( maybe) when u Pooh it pushes against ur prostate and can cause this. U may have an enlarged prostate. Get a physical
