I'm not very sure if I understand what you are saying. With some circimcisions the frenulum is not excised and remains intact. It can run from the urinary meatus to the shaft of the penis. In the event that the frenukum has been excised during the circumcision, it is prossible that it can be just a blood vessel. I have one on the left side of the glans running along the side of the meatus. Sometimes is can be more promenent than at other times. It feels like a fairly hard structure at times. I also have anther just around the area of the frenulum which is far more evident. It causes me no discomfort at all.

If it does not cause discomfort, I woud not worry about it.

Several years ago when my wife and I were in bed I happened to get stimmulated by my wife mildly rubbing my meatus. What felt great at first soon turned into quite some discomfort and I could see a prominent vessel just below the urinary meatus that I had nver noticed before. Since it was still fairly early in the afternoon and I expereinced quite some pain,my wife and I went to a medical clinic which did not require an appointment. First come first service basis.
My wife and I were called into an examination room and I was requested to remove my pants. the doc had a look at the external shaft of my penis and then proceeded to retract my foreskin. He ran his gloved finger along side the vessel and told ne that he could not find anything wrong. While he was doing this I experienced quite some pain and I told him that I did not have the vessel prior to that evening. Still he did not take me serious and told me that I must have failed to notice it before. Even with my wife in the room with me, this doctor seemed very uncomfortable in examining my penis. I was told to go home and to give my penis a rest for a few days. Several days later I was still in pain and we went into our regular doctor who told me that it was somenting simmilar to a varicose vein. I was given a steroid cream to use daily for about two weeks. I still have the same prominnent vessel but no longer experience further discomfort.

If it does not cause any discomfort, I would neglect it. However if it does it might require a second opinion from an unbiased doctor.

All the best,

Ron

First of all a very happy new year to u sir.
thanks for pay attention of my post.
you assume that the chord may be frenulum.  I want to inform you  penis is circumcised. and second frenulum position is under glans of penis.
and i am pressing glans of  circumcised penis. pressing by my thumb finger and my index finger. pressing direction not from top to buttom of glans of circumcised penis. pressing direction is from right to left of glans of circumcised penis.  when i am pressing this way, i can feel by touch my finger that a chord(like a wire) is inside my glans, along middle of glans just top of URETHRA. but frenulum position is under of URETHRA.

I will be very thankful to u if u will give little more attention of my post.

Hi,

From what you are saying I assume that you are uncircucised. The Cord that you are talking about most likely is frenulum. It is a fold of skin under neath the glans attached to your foreskin. If you are circumcised, it can be that the frenulum has not been amputated along with your foreskin.

All the best,

Ron
