What type of back injury would cause a testicle to become swollen and painful?

My left testicle is swollen to the size of a chicken egg while the right is the size of a small grape, there is alot of pain and pain in my back and legs. i have been to a urologist and they now have told me it is not a uroligy problem and referred me to a pain management specialist. So far no one can tell me what type of injury or what could be causing this. Please help.

I can tell you of 2 common but rarely diagnosed conditions that will cause these problems. One is May-Thurner Syndrome (which I have) and the other is Nutcracker Syndrome. They often happen together causing pelvic congestion and vericocele veins in males. Have you been checked for these? The pain in legs could be caused by blockage at May-Thurner site pushing blood back down into leg (external iliac vein) and pelvis (internal iliac vein). The back pain can come from MTS as well becasue the iliac vein is compressed from behind by the spine. After going through what you've been through for the past 2 years an Interventional Radiologist finally discovered I had May-Thurner Syndrome causing these problems. After having a stent placed at this site all problems dissapeared within 24 hours. I would recommend getting checked for both conditions as either or both can cause these problems. Hope this helps and feel free to private message me with any questions.
