Thank for telling me about the disease. Sometimes I have Kidney function off and on. I still see the dr every 3 or 4 months. why?? I will see him on 15th of aug. Hope my blood work is okay.....

Thin wall kidney means thin basement membrane in which the glomerular basement wall appears thinner. Usually the disease is diagnosed when a small amount of blood is found looking at a urine sample under a microscope.
In most cases it is not treated. Most people with the disease maintain normal kidney function.
