lump on left side of testicle

for quite some time I have had a dull pain in left testicle. At first I thought it was just "pinched" I would adjust and be fine. Then when I got with my wife and became sexually active I noticed a burning sesation only when I urinated right after sex. Then a couple days ago I found a lump near my annus, then today I found a lump next to my left testicle. The lump near my annus reminds me of a 2nd degree sunburn - where there is water under the skin - it feels like that.
The lump next to my testicle doesn't feel attached and is the size of a pea. It only hurts when i push against it, and is kinda hard.

Hi,
There are 2 possibilities of the lump near your testes. One is epididymal cyst and the second one is a spermatocoele. The cyst contains clear fluid whereas the spermatocoele contains milky fluid due to the sperms present in the same. I’ll suggest to consult a urologist and seek an opinion for the correct diagnosis and the treatment depends on the same.
I sincerely hope that helps. Please do keep me posted. Warm regards.
