pain while urinating

hi

i am 21 years old male..
i have been experiencing severe pain while urinating and temptation to urinate just after urinating.

but if i drink a lot of water i don't experience this pain..i mean a litre of  water in an hour...

the climate here is now very hot, i suspect that this is due to dehydration, but the pain is really hard that i don know what to do..

Hello,
Various possibilities are there for your symptoms but the most important that needs evaluation is urinary tract infection(UTI).Other possibilities are prostatitis,urethritis, STD’s(sexually transmitted disease),prostates and kidney stones and infections.

You need a complete physical examination and investigations like complete urine examination,urine culture,swab specimen from the genitalia and ultrasound lower abdomen to find out the cause.Pls consult a urologist for that.

To tackle with this pain while urinating,pls take abundant fluids through out the day.
