i was doing penis enlargement exercise for few days after that exercise a red dry spot appear on my penis tip
which while walking rubbed with cloth it become like wound please help is something serious except that spot
everything seems fine there in no pain erection is normal

thanks for reply and advise actuality i used the cosmetic cream due to that whole tip has become red please advise me about that there cream or any tablets which can be used to cure it thanks a lot

Hello,
From the symptoms it sounds like rashes due to friction burn or chaffing.
Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful.If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
