unable to find cause of pain

i was just discharged from the hospital on the 13th of march i went in on the 5th of march with an adrenal crisis. starting on the 10th i was in the bathroom and i started to cough really bad and then all of a sudden it felt like i was kicked hard in my groin area.then 2 hrs later i was back in the bathroom and started to cough again and started to vomit when i was unable to get up off the floor because of severe pain in the right groin area. the doctors ran ultrasounds on my testicles and i was in pain when they did it over my right testicle and ct scans unable to find the problem i am still in severe pain when i move, cough, laugh, when i shower. they did a hernia check and was unable to find a problem but during the check i was in a level 8 pain scale from 0-10, they then gave me morphine through my iv and toradol also i was still in severe pain after these were given to me, is there a possibility i have a Groin (Inguinal) Hernia that the ultrasound and ct scan couldnt find. just to inform whoever answers this i have Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia Severe Salt wasting and i was wondering if maybe pieces of my adrenal gland could have caused a block down in the groin area.

This could turn out the be a kidney stones.  I have MSK many of us with MSK, have lots and lots of stones.  I have heard over and over of test being done, and show nothing only to pass a stone a few days later.  There are also some kinds of stones that do not
show up on test, often referred to as ghost stones or Uric acid stones I believe.

No matter what is going on you need to pursue looking for an answer!

I hope this passes quickly, literally!

Hi,

It is unlikely that an hernia was not detectable with all these investigations done already. This sounds like a testicualr torsion, however there are no superficial symptoms to support this.

Your condition needs a thorough examination and perhaps repeat Ultrasound exam. Pieces of adrenal gland do not have got stuck anywhere and your fear is unfounded.

Hope this helped.
