i have been in serious issue that there is no semens with orgasm.some how later on after continuos masterbation there is thin semens like water came out with orgasm.i took evion 400mg to get semens thicker it all vanish to the start that there is no semens with orgasm.
here all its starts in 2008 i have phsycological disorder called chronic shezrophenia it disable my sex system to.then after words i am not guessing the month how many they are that one day i used the drug hashesh and masturbate very next day semens came out with orgasm.all return to the normal.know in 2013 it came back that there is no semens coming with orgasm neither i dont feel sex.its about 3 month know that it start again.i am masturbating know few days ago i dont feel orgasm and the erection is very low.

What you are having is dry orgasm. There are many causes for such symptoms. Important ones are psychological like unrealistic sexual expectations which make sex a task rather than a pleasure and negative feelings about non performance, certain conditions like benign prostatic hyperplasia, metabolic causes like diabetes, vascular obstructions or narrowing in the area, disturbance in the nerve supply and sensations, altered hormonal balance, infections, malignancies, etc can cause a delayed orgasm or may lead to failure of ejaculation.
At your age psychological causes are the commonest but it is important to rule out the other causes also for which I suggest you to get it evaluated from a urologist.

Hi and welcome. if your not producing any semen then you need to be seen by a urologist to find the cause.
