Could it be..

I am 33 year old ...recently I have vitamin d deficiency at level 6.I had symptoms like anxiety,depression,severe insomnia,burning sensation hand,tremor,.now I am taking 60000iu per week d3 for 3rd week. Some of symptoms subside but now l feel constant ringing in my ears, foggy head,low urination, and most importantly erectile dysfunction.could this symptoms all related to d or something else. I am realty scared..how long it will take to feel normal..plz advice..

Weekly/monthly D3 isn't the best option. You need D3 daily and don't stop taking it. You also need magnesium and Vitamin K2.

D3 and K2 need to be taken with some sort of fat (coconut oil, avocado, peanut butter, etc). It will help them absorb.

You might want to check your B12 levels too.

I've been supplementing for 9 weeks, improving, but still have some symptoms.

check out fibromyalgia ... i had never heard of it but recently been diagnosed i suffer insomnia extreme exhaustion/tiredness burning pain aches all over my body i suffer from depression anxiety foggy head low urination - i do find a good diet helps with a lot of my symptoms and drink plenty of water ... the amber nectar of life - stop being scared and go see a doc and get checked out fear is a severe form of stress on our bodies and can cause illness - good luck hope you get sorted soon x
