Start your morning with a protein shake (100 ml unflavored protein powder, 50ml cocoa powder with maltodextrin, 8 strawberries, 50ml oatmeal, water or milk. Use blender).
For lunch, eat full meal consisting of protein, carbs and fat. I'd suggest you learn some easy recipe and make your own meals from raw ingredients. You should use complete protein source(fish, meat, eggs). Add more cooking oil in the cooking process to get more calories.
For dinner, it depends how hungry you are. If you're hungry then it's the same thing as for lunch. If you're not hungry, have a snack. Good one is can of baked beans and crisp bread with butter.
I recommend you eat nuts or eggs and dairy products before bed. Dairy products have slow digesting protein (casein).
(Remember that you need protein every 4 hours, since your body can't store it anywhere else than muscles, so your body starts breaking apart muscles if there's not enough protein available in the bloodstream. Also, you should start heavy lifting in case you already haven't)
