Every1 said everything right!! and its true if you do eat bad enjoy it but then say ok bk to business and move on!! You can do it just keep trying!!
Just remember this is a learning process and there will be ups and downs, successes and failures and, just like learning to read, riding a bike or learning to walk ... it takes time to establish new habits and we will never be perfect. Forgive yourself quickly, get back up, brush yourself off and start again. Think of it as "baby steps" ...

Just forgive yourself. It happens to the best of us. lol Just keep in mind that you will sometimes have your down as well as your ups... so make sure that if you do make a mistake or eat something that you know wasnt the best choice just forgive yourself right there on the spot and get right back on track cause the longer you wait the harder it is.
And you should let yourselve indulge in something once in a while.. If one day you feel like having one of those delocious cookies that have been calling you name for days now.. go ahead! Make sure you enjoy it to the fullest and dont feel guilty afterwards cause you know you are going to get right back on the horse! lol
Relax and don't be so hard on yourself. If you're still worried about the pizza and bread stick - don't. That's a "done deal" and you can't change it, so like Joy said "pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep on going".
You can't deprive yourself all the time or you will never stick with a program. Whenever you eat something that might not be in your plan, at least enjoy it!!
Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep going! You can do this!!! One day won't hurt you. You've already recognized needing to get back up so that's great!
