I think I'm beginning to sound like a broken record, but I strongly advise yoga as the best, all around type of exercise. It strengthens and tones the muscles, helps one relax, breathe deeper, etc.
There are a ton of yoga dvd, and videos; research it a little bit and see what you think. Try YouTube -- search for yoga videos.
Thank you I will give it a shot. It might be good for my neck and shoulder pain I'm dealing with. I have a neighbor who teaches Pilates so I will check with her.
